Private Label watch creation passes few important stages, and the full production cycle lasts from 6 to 12 months. On the early stages of the project, we start with technical development in 2D and 3D, merging creative and technical requirements into one design idea, making sure they are technically in line with each other. The phase of 2D development transfers into 3D computer adaptation. This is the stage when our engineers work on detailed technical drawings and specifications for each individual watch component.

Once the technical design is completed, the first prototype is ready to be launched. On this stage, the customer may get the first touch-n-feel of the “newborn” and make the final check of the watch look in general. Finally, after the prototype approval, we go directly to the product manufacturing. Despite its complexity, this is the easiest stage of the project as all major details were revised before the production launch. Here all our affords are focused primarily on the quality check.
